How to Use the Site
Navigate yourself around the site using the menus on the left and right, and this will take you into various resources available free of charge. Our recommendation is that you use the site in the following order:

  1. Phone Systems Guide -have a look through the Telephone System Guide - this details our recommendation for what to consider when purchasing a new business phone system. Hopefully this will be useful introduction for which phone system? you should be looking at.
  2. Buyers Checklist- print off the Buyers Checklist that gives you the list of things you should be looking for, and gives you a quick-glance guide to check off as you go through your best phone system comparison. Will help you question telephone system installers and suppliers.
  3. Top 5 Systems- have a look around the Top 5 Phone Systems that are the right size for your business. These are in sections for Less than 50 Extensions considered best small business phone systems and for More than 50 Extensions for medium and large companies, or multi sited companies. Hopefully you will find the telephone system information here useful. The ratings are provided as an average from reviews of existing users of these phone systems. This will give you an introduction to the most popular phone systems available currently.
  4. Jargon Buster - in this section you will find an easy to search resource that provides you with a glossary of terms that exist in both the telecoms and IT worlds. No-one can understand all of the terms that exist, so we hope you will benefit from this guide. A complete glossary can also be printed or saved as a PDF. In this section you will also find a guide to all of the abbreviations that exist in the telecoms industry, and again this is available as a document you can save or print.

Other Resources- also on the site, you will find a wealth of resource on the range of systems manufacturers - whether traditional PBX's (PABX) or IP PBX's, or hybrids (digital and analogue, or digital and voip). The Forum is where you can post a topic you have a query you can not find information on elsewhere, someone in our user group is sure to know the answer to even the most obscure of telephone system related questions.
